Dr. Roldan listens to concerns and explains each action he prescribes.

I am a patient of record and I am always greeted with a hell with a gentle voice and very friendly front desk. During my visit I was not greeted but instead yelled at very unprofessional young lady who to my knowledge had only been there two days. I work in customer service/dental office and I always greet my patients with a great big smile and always make sure my patient is not uncomfortable interacting with me or my staff. Short and to the point yourt wo front desk employees should not be in front. They both need help in customer service etiquette. Hopefully when I return you'll have friendlier front desk employees.

I can not say enough good things about Dr Wickersham! He is knowledgeable, compassionate and truly makes you feel heard! I would and have recommended his office to anyone who needs a rheumatologist!

Very informative, I finally have a diagnosis. Will review labs and x-rays in couple of weeks to establish game plan. Dr. Wickersham was worth long wait for an appointment .

And Dr Wickersham is a caring doctor who gives you lots of time AND listens to and empathizes with your situation.
He has organized his office to an exceptional level. I have never waited for my appointment or laboratory tests to be performed.
